Prepare work before drilling
1 The operators must be professionally trained, and should be familiar with the principles and operation of drilling rigs.
2 Before construction, the works should know the regional stratum conditions. The operator should has the experience of drilling wells.
3 Prepare the ready equipment, tools and materials for drilling.
4 At the target hole, please make everything very well to facilitate entry of drilling rig.
5 Dig mud pool and sedimentation tank, the size and location can be determined in accordance with construction requirements.
6 The excavation hole size can be determined in accordance with the drill hole requirements. The mud circulation groove 300 * 450 mm size is appropriate, and its length depend on your working site. And dig many pits which for sediment during the groove.(Note: the depth of hole should be able to accommodate the drill bit.)
7 Check all parts if they are well or not, inject the lubricants, whether the operating parts need fill lubricating oil.To ensure that the drilling mud, the FAST gearbox, transfer case and other components are in the neutral position.
8 Pre-driving for mud pump
Check the turnaround of the pulley, do not be reversed;
whether the amount of lubricating oil in the Crankcase is appropriate, the oil surface of the oil tank should submerge the bigger sherringbone gear about 120mm;
Check the clutch releasing and combining is reliable or not; Clutch must be open before driving;
Water suction valve and pump head must be filled with water before driving.
